THIS ITEM IS CRAP

This product is absolute junk. It's so terrible, it makes me want to scream. I've tried it a million occasions, and it still fails miserably. The construction is shoddy, and the design are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisthing without being mortified. I'm so angry that I imagined I'd acquired something usable instead. Save
